Is this a monthly, cancel-anytime plan?: No. Every plan is a 12-month contract, published up front rather than quote-only.
What counts as a "subscriber"?: Anyone active in your Email database. Suppressed and unsubscribed contacts don't count against your band.
What are the "additional usage-based charges"?: SMS, WhatsApp, voice and USSD are billed per message or per minute, because that's how carriers bill us. Every other feature is included in your plan price.
What happens above 100,000 subscribers?: That's Enterprise, a scoped quote instead of a published price, with negotiated commercials and dedicated infrastructure.
Do prices include VAT?: No, all prices shown are excluding VAT.
What do the signup free credits require?: Passing our compliance and sending-validation checks on your company domain, plus a verified WhatsApp phone number and Meta Business account. They expire 30 days after signup.

Stuck in a contract with a provider that's let you down?
