Creating an email shouldn’t be a daunting task. Our drag & drop template builder makes building emails easy. A little preparation goes a long way, so take a look at our quick video or read the steps below on how to get started.

Recap by following these easy 9 steps:

1. Login to your TouchBasePro account and click on send an email campaign.
2. Click on the green button, create a new campaign.
3. Give your campaign a name, subject line and update your details of who the email is coming from.
4. Select your preferred template; this could be one of your templates you’ve already created or one of our pre-made templates.
5. Once in the template builder, our easy to use drag and drop editor will allow you to edit the template and create your email campaign.
6. Once you’re happy with your campaign, click preview to go to the next step.
7. Send yourself a test email or move on to the final steps by clicking define recipients.
8. Select your recipients that you’d like to send to and click next.
9. Take this opportunity to have a final check over your campaign and then click schedule delivery. You can send your campaign immediately or schedule it to be sent later on.
